During this 8 week journey, we will meet on zoom every Monday at 4 pm (Eastern US Time)
All sessions will be recorded and made available to you
First call on Monday, December 7 at 4 pm EST
You will learn the three phases of Rest, Release and Rise.
You will receive an email every Sunday with instruction for the following week, and you can bring any questions you might have to our live call on Monday. As well as any question on what might have shown up for you during the previous weeks meditations.
Karin is a licensed Shadow Work coach, group facilitator and trainer. She is also a certified Master Practitioner and Trainer of Neurolinguistic Programming, as well as a Yoga Nidra instructor.
Karin brings her vast experiential knowledge of Shadow Work and NLP to create a safe, nurturing space in which her clients can access deep healing and transformation. She is motivated to empower people to overcome fears, make lasting changes and create a positive impact in their lives.
